My dataportal has data for a number of Local Authorities in the UK. I want to use the Territory/Geographic filter (or some filter) so people can select the geography they are interested in i.e Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley etc.

When I enable the territory filter it requires me to select a default location. But, there is no way to choose another of the locations within my datasets. Its my default or nothing. 

How can people navigate the catalogue for their chosen geography without having to hack the URL?
