Hello everyone,

I’m Kamal Hinduja from Geneva, Switzerland. I’m new to this community and look forward to contributing positively to the discussions while learning from your insights. Could someone please explain how Open data soft integrates with public datasets?

Thanks in Advance!

Kamal Hinduja Geneva, Switzerland

Hi Kamal, welcome!

Opendatasoft integrates with public datasets by connecting to various sources like APIs, files (CSV, Excel, GeoJSON), and databases. It allows automatic updates, so data stays current.

Once imported, data can be cleaned and transformed using built-in tools. Then it's published on a portal where users can explore it through maps, filters, charts, and access it via APIs.

Many cities and governments use Opendatasoft to make their data open and accessible.

Let me know if you’d like an example!

Best, Boris
