wireframe page layout templates

Does anyone have any recommended sources for good wireframe HTML/CSS layouts for a clean way to get started with page building? I find my skills at responsive design are not the best.  something with customizable blocks we could just drop in to build blog, publication or news pages. Or recommend a visual page builder with code export that works well with ODS (as many use script tags which we can’t use).  thanks Auto-translation 🪄Quelqu'un a-t-il des sources recommandées pour de bonnes mises en page HTML/CSS filaires pour une manière propre de commencer à créer des pages ?
